Ingredients
for fish masala
fish head(marinate with salt,pepper,ginger garlic paste,and chilly powder)
oil for frying
onion-2
ginger garlic crushed
green chilly-1
salt
turmeric-1/2 tsp
chilly powder-2 tsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
tomato-2
curry leaves
for rice
basmati rice-1 kg
spices
coriander powder-1 tsp
water-double the rice
salt
lemon juice-1 tsp
Preparation
Friy marinated fish, and keep aside. In the same pan, saute all vegetables, then add masalas, after cooking well add fish , cook for 15 minutes, once it become thick, turn off flame.
For rice, heat biriyani pot, add spices, next add coriander powder and water,add salt, and lemon juice, once it boils well, add rice, cook it well, then take half of rice from it, pour the fish masala, cover it with the rice, cover the biriyani pot for 10 minutes, then serve it.
