Preparation

Add wheat flour to a bowl, knead it by adding salt, and hot water and make a soft dough. Mix grated jaggerry,coconut, cashews and cardamom. Take a leaf , spread the dough gradually above the leaf, add filling and fold it from one side, then steam cook all.
