shallots- 1 handful splited

red chilly powder- 1 1/2 tsp
oil
curry leaves
Preparation
Crush shallots and chilly powder together. Clean prawns, then fry in hot oil and keep aside. Add more oil, then add crushed shallots into it, fry it well, add curry leaves, next add roasted prawns, mix well, add salt, cook for 10 minutes.
