Maida-2 cups

semolina-2 tbsp

curd-1/4 cup

oil-4 tbsp, for frying

sugar-1 1/2 tbsp

salt

baking soda-1/2 tsp

water

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients, then add curd,water and oil, knead it well and make a soft dough, then rest for 2 hrs. After 2 hrs, take small portions from it and roll it like chapathy, then fry in hot oil.
