Ingredients
Boiled egg-5
tomato-2
ginger
garlic-6
capsicum
green chilly-1
dry red chilly-6
sugar-1/2 tsp
onion-1
cashews-10
salt
bay leaf-1
cinnamon
cloves
fennel-1/2 tsp
pepper-10
sabja seeds-1/2 tsp
butter-2 tbsp
water
kashmiri chilly-3/4 tsp
coriander-1 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
garam masala powder-1/4 tsp
kasoori methi-1 tsp
Preparation
Cook all ingredients except masala,butter and cumin, in water, then grind it after cooled. Heat butter, add cumin and masalas, fry it well and add boiled egg into it, fry well and transfer to a plate, again melt butter, saute grinded masala, add more water and allow it to boil, then add egg, mix well, finally add some coriander and fresh cream.
