Cucumber – 1

Green Chilli – 2


Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp

Coconut – 3/4 cup

Curd – 3/4 Cup

Mustards – 1/2 tsp

Coconut oil


Dry red chilli

Curry leaves


In a claypot, add cucumber,  chilly,salt, and water, cook it well. Grind coconut with,cumin,and green chilly, grind it well and add to the cooked cucumber, just heat it and turn off flame, add crushed mustards, and curd, mix well. Finally add cracked mustards ,red chilly and curry leaves.
