badam-10
garlic-4
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
chilly powder-1 tsp
water-1/4 cup
mustards-1/2 tsp
dry red chilly-2
curry leaves
jaggerry
salt
coconut oil
Preparation
Heat coconut oil in a pan, add garlic,onion and badam, saute it well, next add tomato and masalas, then add jaggerry, add water cook 5 minutes,then allow it to cool, after cooled, grind it well, and pour to a bowl. Heat a pan, add coconut oil, pop mustard, and roast dry red chilly and curry leaves, add to the chutney.
