ghee
grated coconut-2 cup
jaggerry-250 gm
water-1/4 cup
dry ginger powder-1/2 tsp
cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
Preparation
Dry roast all the ingredient one bye one and keep aside. Roast coconut in ghee. Melt jaggerry with water. Mix all together and knead well, then make small balls.
