raw rice-3/4 cup

boiled rice-3/4 cup

urad dal-1/2 cup

fenugreek-1/4 tsp

salt

water

Preparation

Wash rice 2-3 times, urad dal only one time, then soak this for 5-8 hrs in refrigirator. Then grind all with salt using soaked water of urad dal, then pour the batter to a bowl, mix well by using your hand for 5 minutes, rest the batter for 8 hrs. Then you can make soft idly in idly pot.
