Ingredients
chakkakkuru-250-300 gm
coconut-1 handful
coriander powder-2 tbsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
salt
coconut oil-4-5 tsp
curry leaves
cinnamon-1 piece
garlic-7-8
ginger
onion-1
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add cinnamon.onion,ginger and garlic, saute it well, next add coconut, roast it well, then add masalas and turn off flame. After cooling well, grind the mix into fine paste. Heat a cooker, add oil, onion,green chilly, curry leaves, saute it well, then add coconut mix and jackfruit seeds, mix well, add salt and water, cook until 5 whistle. Heat a pan, add oil,onion and curry leaves, saute it well and pour to the curry.
