chilly powder-1 tsp


turmeric-1/4 tsp

cumin-1 tsp



If your dosa looks soft, just roll it by using a roller, then cut the dosas into angles shape. In a pan add masalas, make a paste by using water, marinate the angles with this masala. Heat oil in a pan, fry the angles until it become crispy.
