wheat flour-3 cup

water-1 cup

Preparation

In a bowl add wheat flour,salt,sugar and water,knead it well, and make a perfect dough,rest this for 20 minutes. Then divide this into equal parts. Take 1 ball and roll it into thin , use oil to roll it. Fold the rolled chapathy from one side, then flap it and again roll it, do the same for all balls, then again roll it and cook it well. Finally beat the porotta.
