chickpea-1 cup

oil- 6 tbsp

ghee-5 tbsp

sugar-1 cup

water-3/4 cup

salt-1 pinch

baking soda-1 pinch

Preparation

Wash chickpea well, then wipe out water. Heat a pan roast it well. Dry grind chickpea in a mixie jar, then strain it to remove peels. Now roast the gram flour in a pan. Mix ghee and oil together,then melt it. Melt sugar in a pan, cook until it become 1 string constitency, then add gram flour into it,mix well, add ghee mix gradually , continue this. Once it become thick and non sticky, turn off flame and set this in a container, rest this for 5 minutes, then cut it into rectangle shape.
