Jilebi recipe from dosa batter

oil for frying

sugar-1 1/2 cup

water-1/2 cup



Add food color to the dosa batter, mix well, then transfer to a piping bag, once the oil is heat , pour the batter to the oil like jilebi shape, cook well. Melt the sugar with water and cardamom, add some yellow color too, dip all jilebi to the syrup, soak for 5 minutes, then remove from syrup,tasty jilebi is ready.
