Masala dosa

boiled and smashed potato – 4

carrot – 1


onion – 1

garlic – 4

ginger – 1/2 inch

green chilli – 2

cashew nuts-5-8

curry leaves

coconut oil – 2 tbsp

ghee – 1 tsp

mustard – 1 tsp

turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp

salt as per taste


Heat coconut oil and ghee in a pan, add mustards,next add chopped vegetables one bye one, then saute it well, next add turmeric and salt, next add mashed potato,mix well. Now you can make thin dosas with this filling.
