Ingredients
Eggs – 6 boiled
Coconut oil – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Onion – 1 (big)
Green chillies – 2
Curry leaves
Tomato – 2 (small)
Roast & Grind :

Coconut oil – 1 tsp
Shallots – 4-5 (big)
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds – 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon stick
– Cloves – 4
Cardamom – 3
Coconut – 1 cup
Ginger – 1 big pcs
Garlic pods – 8
Turmeric pdr – 1/2 tsp
Coriander pdr – 2 tsp
Red chilly pdr – 1 tsp
Pepper pdr – 1 tsp
Egg masala pdr – 1 tsp (optional)
Preparation
Roast and grind the listed items. Heat a clay pot, add oil, mustards,onion,green chilly and curry leaves, saute well, next add grinded masala with required water, cook until separates oil, now add boiled eggs, cook for 1-2 minutes, finally add some curry leaves.
