ginger-200 gm( cut into thin round shape)





curry leaves

tamarind-lemon size


dry red chilly

chilly powder-1 1/2 tsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

fenugreek powder- 1/4 tsp

coriander powder-1/2 tsp



Heat a kadai, add coconut oil, add ginger, roast it until it become crispy, then transfer to a mixie jar. In the same oil, add shallots and chilly roast it until it turn golden color,then add curry leaves, also transfer to mixie jar, just dry grind this. In the same oil, add mustards. dry red chilly, curry leaves, next add masalas, and mix it well, now add tamarind juice, saute it well,next add hot water ,salt , and jaggerry, allow it to boil, next add grinded ginger, stir well , cook until it become thick.
