Ingredients
fish-1 kg
for masala
pepper corn-2 tbsp
ginger- small piece
garlic-2
green chilly-7-8
coriander seeds-1/2 tsp
fennel-2 pinch
raw mango-1/2
water-1 cup
for gravy
coconut oil-2-3 tbsp
salt
dry red chilly-3
curry leaves
fenugreek-2 pinch
coconut milk second-3 cup
thick-1/2 cup
onion-1
Preparation
Boil 1 cup of water in a pan, add ingredients for masala, cook 5 minutes, after cooled, grind well. Heat a clay pot, add oil, fenugreek,dry red chilly , curry leaves and onion, saute it well, next add masala, saute 2-3 minutes again, next add salt and second coconut milk, allow it to boil,next add fish, cook well, then add thick milk and turn off flame,finally add some raw coconut oil.
