chilly powder-1 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
coconut grated-1/2 coconut
Add all ingredients in a bowl, then mix all well. Heat oil in a pan, add mustards, allow it to splutter, next add red chilly, urad dal, roast it well, next add curry leaves, then add cabbage, and cook it well.
