chilly flakes-1/2 tsp
tomato sauce-2 tbsp
coriander leaves
oregano
salt
rice flour-3 tbsp
maida
bread crumbs
Preparation
Wash poha, then rest for 1/2 hrs, then grind it, add other ingredients into it, mix well, then make cutlet, dip this in maida paste and coat in bread crumbs, finally fry cutlet in hot oil.
