maida-1 cup

rice flour-1 tbsp

sugar-1 tsp

turmeric powder-1/4 tsp

coconut oil

sugar -1 cup

water-1/4 cup

cardamom-1

Preparation

Mix maida with rice flour. Take water in a bowl , add sugar, turmeric, and coconut oil, mix well and pour this mix to maida, knead it well, then flattern it into long and thin, brush oil above it, the dust it with rice flour, now fold it into two, again spread oil and dust, again fold it and spread oil and dust, do this again until it become correct shape and size, cut into small shape. Take one and roll it, then fry this in hot oil, dip all in sugar syrup after cooling.
