Coconut bun

warm milk- 1/4 glass

dry yiest-1 tsp


sugar-1 tbsp

maida-2 cup


sugar-1 tbsp

oil-2 tbsp

grated coconut-1 cup

sugar -3 tbsp

cardamom-1 tsp

tuty fruity-2 colors



Add sugar and yiest to warm milk, keep aside. Mix maida , sugar, oil and salt, then add yiest milk, mix well, then knead it using milk, make a soft dough, then rest this for 1 1/2 hrs.

Mix coconut, tuty fruity, sugar and cardamom, then keep aside.

Take the maida dough, knead it again, then split into two, flattern each portion, transfer this to a plate, spread coconut mix, cover the mix with other portion of the maida, brush egg mix above it, then bake bun for 30 minutes.
