green gram -1 bowl full

grated coconut-1/2 piece

cardamom powder-1/2 tsp

wheat flour-4-5 tbsp

sugar-1 tbsp

turmeric

salt-1 pich

water

oil for frying

Preparation

Wash green gram and cook in a pressure cooker, then melt jaggerry, add coconut and cardamom, next add cooked green gram, cook until it become thick consistency, allow it to cool, then make small balls. Take wheat flour in a bowl, add sugar , turmeric , salt and required water to make thick paste, dip all green gram balls in this batter and fry in hot oil.
