Boneless chicken
chilly powder
garam masala
turmeric powder
salt
oil
onion
salt
ginger,garlic chopped
green chilly chopped
turmeric-1/4 tsp
garam masala-1/4 tsp
oregano
bread slices
egg mix
bread crumbs
oil for frying
mayonaise
tomato sauce
Preparation
Marinate chicken with salt, turmeric, chilly powder and garam masala, then fry it and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan saute onion along with ginger, garlic and chilly,next add masalas with fried chicken, mix well and turn off flame. Take 2 bread slices together and roll it, then remove the sides, then spread egg mix above it and coat in bread crumbs, then fry in hot oil, after all the breads are fried cut bread into two pieces, then brush mayonaise mix inside the pockets and fill chicken masala.
