Idli rice-1 cup
urad dal-1/2 cup

fenugreek seeds-1/4 tsp
cooked rice-8 tbsp
water
oil
salt
Preparation
Wash rice and urad dal, soak for 5 hrs, then transfer to a bowl, add water, grind into fine batter, you can add cooked rice into it, grind well, transfer to a bowl, mix it with a spatula, rest 4 hrs for fermentation. Add salt and mix well, then cook idli in steamer.
