Ingredients
Jaggerry-75 gm
water-1/4 cup
peanut-50 gm
jackfruit seed-100 gm
ghee
raisins
grated coconut
sugar-2 tbsp
Preparation
Lets beging the cooking with melt jaggerry, and keep aside, next roast peanut and chakkakkuru separately. Add these to a mixie jar. and grind into a slightly fine powder. Heat a kadai, add ghee, then add kismis and roast it well, transfer this to a plate and add chakkakuru powder to the kadai, mix well and cook in low flame, now add grated coconut and kismis, and sugar, then turn off flame, next add melted jaggerry and mix well, then make small balls.
