Ingredients
chana dal-1 cup
green chilly-1
dry red chilly-2
salt
garlic-3 cloves
ginger-1 piece
curry leaves
coconut oil-for frying
hing-1/4 tsp
chicken masala-1 tsp
onion-1
Preparation
Soak daal for 6 hrs, then grind this without water, then transfer to a bowl. Add onion, chilly, ginger, garlic and dry red chilly in a blender, crush it and add into the dal mix, next add salt,hing curry leaves and chicken masala into it, knead well, then take small portion from it, and make small disc shape, then fry it well.
