Poha, banana ladoo

Ingredients

poha -2 cup

ghee-1 tbsp

banana-1

grated coconut-2-3 tbsp

jaggerry grated-2-3 tbsp

Preparation

Roast poha for 2 minutes, then grind into fine powder, and transfer to a plate. Saute banana in ghee, add grated coconut into it, mash it well, now add grinded poha, next add jaggerry, and mix well, now turn off flame, once it become cool, make small balls.
