broken wheat-1/4 cup

hot water

sugar-1/4 cup+2 tbsp

milk-1/2 ltr

ghee-3 tsp

vanilla essance-1 tsp

beetroot piece

Preparation

Soak broken wheat in hot water for 1/2 hrs. After 1/2 hrs grind well, then strain it. Boil milk with sugar, add ghee, cook for 6-7 minutes, now add broken wheat milk, stir well, cook until it become thick, next add vanilla essance, and allow it to cool.Next transfer to a mixie jar, add cooked beetroot pieces, and blend well, then freeze 3-4 hrs, again blend it, then keep refrigirator for 8-9 hrs.
