ginger garlic paste-2 tbsp
pepper powder-1 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
coconut grated-1 cup
Heat a pan, add oil, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and green chilly, cook for 2 minutes, next add onion and salt, saute it well, then add tomato, chicken, potato, pepper powder , garam masala and water, mix and cook well, once it cooked, add grinded coconut( grind with cashews and fennel), cook for 2 minutes , finally add some coriander leaves then turn off flame.
