Ingredients
dosa batter
potato-3
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
salt
onion-2
carrot-1/2
green peas
green chillies-2
ginger-small piece
curry leaves
coriander leaves
bengal gram-1/2 tsp
mustard
red chillies-3
pepper-1/4 tsp
salt
oil
Preparation
Chop all vegetables, boil potato with salt, and turmeric. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, gram, curry leaves, red chilly, and ginger , fry well, then add onion, saute well, next add green chilly, green peas, carrot and salt, cook this well, next add mashed potato, and pepper powder, add some water and mix well, finally add coriander leaves, then turn off the flame. Make dosa with this filling.
