fenugreek-1 1/2 tsp

mustards- 1 1/2 tsp

dry red chilly-3-4

salt

gingelly oil-300 ml

garlic

Preparation

Cut mango into small pieces, add salt , mix well, and keep 1 hr in sunlight. Also heat mustard, fenugreek, and chilly, then grind it. Saute garlic, keep aside. Finally add all ingredients into mango and mix well. Keep in a air tight jar
