shallots – 1/4 kg
ginger- 1 piece

tamarind- lemon size
salt
coconut oil
red chilly powder- 3 tsp
Preparation
Finely Chop shallots, garlic and ginger, then heat oil in a pan , add shallots , ginger, and garlic, then saute well, next add salt, then red chilly powder, turn off the flame and transfer to a mixie jar, add tamarind into it, and blend slightly, finally add some coconut oil and mix well
