Par boiled rice- 1 cup

water- 1 1/2 cup

Preparation

Soak the rice in boiled water about 4-8 hrs, after soaking grind into smooth paste, then pour the batter in a cotton and tie this well and allow the batter drain out from water, then remove the tie and make small balls and flattern by using an banana leaf or else, and cook in a pan.
