Preparation
Roast semolina in ghee until it turns golden brown, then keep aside. Boil water and add the roasted semolina to it. Once it cooked enough, Add sugar, nuts, raisins, and kesari powder for color to the mixture. Let it cook until the water evaporates and the mixture thickens, add cardamom powder, and fried cashews and kismis, mix well, then turn off flame. Serve hot or cold.
