Preparation

Recipe 1 appam

Prepare a batter with soaked raw rice, salt , cooked riceand left over dosa batter. After 10 hrs of fermentation you can make appam, or dosa with this batter.

Recipe 2

Cook raw rice and moong dal in a pressure cooker, add coconut and jaggerry juice to the cooker, mix well, then boil it for a minute, add cardamom , wait until the smell come out, finally , add coconut milk, boil it again, then turn off flame.
