Egg Puffs
INGREDIENTS
Onion – 2 big sliced
Curry leaf
Green chilli – 1
Garlic – 2
Ginger – small piece
Egg -3
Salt
Turmeric powder – 1/4th tsp
Garam masala – 1/4th tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Water 3 tbsp
Preparation
First prepare the masala. Heat a pan, add coconut oil, then add crushed ginger and garlic, saute it well, then add sliced onion, saute it until it become soft and transparent, add salt, then add masala powders, combine well until raw smell gone. Add a little water to mix masalas properly, then turn off flame. Take pastry sheets, cut it into equal square shape. Add filling, then add 1/2 of boiled egg, fold the sheet from four sides, brush egg on the puffs, then bake it well.
