Nadan recipe of kerala “undampori”
Ingredients :
Small Banana – 2

Jaggery syrup – (as per taste)
Wheat flour – 2 Cups
Baking soda – ½ Tsp
Salt – ¼ Tsp
Cardamom powder – ½ Tsp
Water
Hot oil for frying
Preparation
Grind banana with jaggerry syrup. In a bowl, add wheat flour cardamom, salt, and baking soda, combine all, then pour banana mix, mix it well and make a loose dough consistency, keep this aside for 1 hour. After one our, heat oil for frying, take medium balls from the dough and put it in oil, fry well.
