Ingredients

ghee-2 tbsp

cashews and kismis

curry leaves

shallots-4-5

semiya-1/4 cup

rava- 4 tbsp

milk-1 ltr

water-1 glass

sugar-3-4 tbsp

cardamom powder

salt-1 pinch

Preparation

Heat ghee in a pan, roast cashews, kismis, shallots, curry leaves, semiya and rava separately, then set aside. Add milk and water to the pan, let it boil, then add rava and semiya, stir it well, one it cooked enough, add sugar and salt, combine well, then add cardamom powder, next add roasted items, after mixing well, turn off flame.
