Egg Pocket( Mutta sanchi)

An easy breakfast recipe with egg, no side dish needed to eat..

Ingredients

maida- 1 cup

ajjwain

salt

water

oil

egg-3

curry leaves

onion

green chilly-1-2

turmeric-1/4 tsp

chicken masala-1 tsp

pepper powder-1/2 tsp

salt

Preparation

Prepare a maida dough with flour, salt, oil, ajjwain and water, then keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, next add onion and green chilly saute it well, next add salt and masala powders, mix it until the raw smell gone, hen break eggs to it, scramble it well, now filling is ready. Divide the dough into equal 4 balls, then flatten each one into thin layers, add egg mix in 4 sides of the layer, then cover it with another layer, take a kniefe, cut it into 4 parts and make square shape by cutting extra parts, then fry the squares in hot oil.
