Thattukada style Tomato chutney

cumin-1/2 tsp
chilly powder-1/2 tsp
coconut oil – 2 tsp
salt
urad dal
dosa batter- 2 tsp
Preparation
Take a mixer grinder, add garlic, dry chilly, 1 tomato, chilly powder, onion and salt, then grind it well. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and mustard, let it pop well, then add curry urad dal, next add curry leaves and dry chilly, saute it well, then add the grinded mix, then add tomato puree, boil it well, pour water and salt, boil again, now add dosa batter to the pan, stir well, once it cooked enough, turn off flame.
