Tasty strawberry ice cream with rice flour and milk…

Everyone can try..



milk – 2 cup

rice flour- 4 tsp

sugar- 1 1/4 cup

cardamom powder- 1 tsp

strawberry essence- a few drops


Mix milk and rice flour together, combine until the lumps remove completely, then transfer it to a pan, add sugar and turn on flame, stir it continously until it become thick and cooked enough. Add cardamom powder. Once the heat gone, blend it well with adding strawberry essence, then store in fridge for 2 hrs in an airtight container, after 23 hrs, blend it again, after that store it again for 8 hrs in freezer, then take it, ice cream is ready to serve.
