Palappam prepared in traditional style
Take 8 handfuls of raw rice flour in a bowl and transfer one handful of rice flour to a pan. Add two cups of water to it and mix it well , then turn on the stove. Stir it well until it become thick. After heating it, add rice flour and yeast and mix it and keep it aside. After six hours, add coconut milk, sugar and salt and mix it well. After making a loose batter, the appam can be baked in a appam pan.
