Break four eggs into a bowl and add half a cup of sugar and a pinch of salt and beat it well. When it comes down stiff well, add a teaspoon of vanilla essence and beat again. One cup of flour, one teaspoon of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda can be mixed and added to it, then mix well and prepare the cake batter.
For this, it can be transferred to the cake tin and bake it well. In a small bowl, add half a cup of milk, quarter of a cup of whipping cream, 1/4 cup of condensed milk and quarter of a cup of sugar and stir well to combine. Add half a cup of sugar to a pan, add two table spoons of water and caramelize it. When it melts well, add a little butter and a quarter cup of whipping cream and stir to combine. Now add whipping cream in a bowl and beat it well. Next let’s set the cake. For that, take a round shape bowl. Place the baked cake in it. Pour the prepared milk mix over it. When the cake is soaked well, you can spread the whipping cream on the top, pour the caramel syrup on the top, you can design the whipping cream on top of this, after cooling for a while, you can eat the cake.
