For this, clean two kg of fish and marinate it. For this, make a paste by adding chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and black pepper powder. You can marinate the fish well with this and keep it aside for some time and then fry the fish in dalda. Now let’s prepare the rice, For that, boil water in a pot, add salt, some black pepper and cloves, wash and clean one kg of Basmati rice and add it to the rice. Once the rice is cooked, sieve it and set aside. Next is to prepare the masala. For this, pour oil in a pan in the oven. Add ginger and garlic paste to it. After grinding, add chopped onion. Add enough salt and saute the onion well. Next you can add crushed small onions and green chillies to it and then add tomatoes, Add coriander leaves and mix well, then add the powders, First add one teaspoon of turmeric powder and mix it, then you can add two teaspoons of garam masala and some tomato sauce, if you add a little rose water, it will smell good and you can add some yogurt and mix it. When the masala becomes thick, add the fried fish and mix well. When the masala becomes thick, remove it from the pan and add half of the cooked rice to this pan. You can put fish masala on top of this and again put sori and cover it well and then add cashews, grapes and coriander leaves. Just pour some ghee or oil on top and cover it well and put coals on top and serve after 15 minutes.
