Turkish Milk Cake

To prepare it, first break four eggs into a bowl and add them. Add half a cup of sugar, one teaspoon of vanilla essence and half a teaspoon of salt to it and beat it well. When it becomes creamy, add one cup of flour to it. After mixing well, the batter can be transferred to the cake tin and baked in the oven. Add half a cup of whipping cream to another bowl and beat it well.

Next, prepare the caramel syrup. For that, add a quarter cup of sugar in a pan and caramelize it. When it melts well, add a tablespoon of butter and mix well. Add a quarter cup of fresh cream to it and mix it well.


Next, prepare the milk syrup. For that, add two cups of milk, half a cup of condensed milk and a quarter cup of fresh cream in a jar and mix it well. Make holes well with a fork in baked cake and pour the prepared milk syrup over it, Once it is soft enough, you can spread whipping cream over it and pour the prepared caramel syrup over it. You can design with whipping cream on top of this and cool it in the fridge and then cut it and use it
