Fried rice is everyone’s favourite food, lets see how to make restaurant style fried rice

Take 3/4 cup of basmati rice in a bowl, wash it throughly for 2-3 times, then soak it for 20 minutes. Boil water with salt, then add rice into it, cook it about 90 %, then strain rice, once it cooled enough, keep it in fridge for 1 day, next day take it from fridge, then pour a little coconut oil into it, spread well. Heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped garlic and green chilly, saute all, next add spring onion, then add carrot and green beans, mix well, add salt ,pepper powder and soy sauce, after a mix add cooked rice, add scrambled egg, mix everything well, then add more spring onion, after combining well serve it with hot.
