boneless chicken-250 gm
ginger garlic crushed-1 tsp each
chilly powder-1 tbsp
garam masala-1 tsp
black pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Cook chicken with salt, and turmeric in a pressure cooker, then shred it into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan, add coconut oil, then add ginger and garlic, saute it well, then add onion, salt and curry leaves, saute until it become soft, after that add masala powders, once the raw smell gone add chicken , mix everything well, add curry leaves, then turn off flame.
