•white rice -1 cup

•Salt to taste

•Sugar – 6 tablespoon

•instant yeast – 1/4 teaspoon

•lukewarm water

•coconut oil-1 tsp

Preparation

Add soaked rice, soaked poha, sugar, yeast, oil and lukewarm water to a mixie jar, grind it well and make a perfect batter. Rest the batter for 3-4 hrs. Mix raised batter , take a plate, apply oil, pour the batter 3/4 part, then steam it well.
