Red Grapes – 500 gms
Sugar – 1 3/4 Cup
Corn Flour – 5 Tbsp
Cashew Nuts & Almonds
Cook grapes with water. Once the heal gone, grind it into fine paste, then strain it into a pan, mix corn flour and water together in a bowl, then add to grapes mix, cpmbine well. Put the pan to a stove, stir it well, add sugar after the mix become thick, stir it without stopping, next add ghee, continue mixing, add more ghee, mix it until it become thick and non sticky, add nuts, combine well, then transfer it to a plate, tightly set it with a spoon, rest it until it become thick, then cut it.
